About Us

About the Brand: ICE 1776 is a bold new apparel brand launched in March 2026, dedicated to American patriotism and the First Amendment's protection of free speech and expression. Our flagship ICE-inspired jacket became a viral sensation that I helped make explode—capturing millions of views across platforms and rocketing to bestseller status on Amazon in men's fashion. By Day 2, it hit #1 in military apparel; by Day 4, #1 in men's jackets; and by Day 6, #1 overall in men's fashion.

Reading comprehension on impersonation laws varies, but logic prevails: these jackets have been worn openly in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and around federal agencies (Secret Service, U.S. Capitol Police, FBI, etc.) for over 1.5 years with zero issues. You can wear it confidently—just don't act like an agent (no pulling people over, asking for ID, claiming to be ICE, etc.), and it's a non-issue.

The rapid success drew pressure from misunderstandings—some falsely claimed simply wearing the jacket constituted impersonation—but the demand only grew. Supporters kept reaching out, frustrated by suppressed searches, overpriced fakes on shady sites (some over $150 with no delivery), and scam reports. Inquiries surged again around Halloween and beyond. To meet that demand and provide a reliable source, I created ICE 1776: jackets (my original one from nearly 2 years ago still hasn't faded or ripped) plus an expanding line (T-shirts, hoodies, hats, phone covers, and more)—all produced in the USA (printer in New Jersey, distributor in Virginia) to support American jobs. ICE 1776 stands for freedom of expression, support for ICE's pro-American mission, and the defiant spirit of 1776. It's a fun, attention-grabbing way to show your values, whether sparking conversations or wearing something that stands out. Join us in keeping bold ideas alive.

About the Owner: I'm Brandon Fellows, the founder and owner of ICE 1776. This brand stems directly from the ICE-inspired jacket I helped turn viral, driving it to become an Amazon bestseller in men's fashion in under a week—hitting #1 in military apparel by Day 2, #1 in men's jackets by Day 4, and #1 overall in men's fashion by Day 6, while capturing millions of views across platforms. When misunderstandings led to its removal amid pressure (despite no actual impersonation issues), the frustration from supporters—facing search suppression, scams, and no reliable source—pushed me to build a direct solution.

As a staunch advocate for free expression, I draw inspiration from America's founding principles, especially the defiance of 1776 against overwhelming odds. We've seen the jacket worn nationwide around law enforcement with no legal problems, proving it's about statement-making, not impersonation. This isn't just clothing; it's about pushing back against censorship, supporting American jobs through U.S.-based production, and letting people express their values boldly (with a bit of fun). If you value ICE, patriotism, and the right to make a statement without apology, this is your brand.

How to Wear (and How Not to Wear) ICE 1776 Apparel: Our apparel is made for self-expression, patriotism, and starting conversations—think bold, fun statement pieces with a clear message. But responsibility matters, so here's the straightforward guide: How to Wear It Right:

  • Casually and proudly: Layer the jacket over a hoodie, pair it with jeans for everyday wear, or rock a T-shirt/hat at events and gatherings.
  • As intended: Use it to show support for American values, ICE, and free speech. Wear it in good spirits—it's designed to get attention and spark interesting chats.
  • Legally and logically: These have been worn openly in states like NY, NJ, TX, FL, VA, PA, TN, and around federal agencies (Secret Service, Capitol Police, FBI, etc.) for over 1.5 years with no issues. Common sense rules: wear it, don't act like an agent.

How NOT to Wear It:

  • No impersonation: Do not represent yourself as law enforcement, ICE, or any official. That means no adding badges, red/ blue lights to your vehicles, fake credentials, or anything misleading.
  • No acting the part: Don't pull people over, ask for ID, claim authority, or do anything that could be seen as official action—that crosses the line into illegal territory.
  • Keep it smart: Be aware that some individuals with strongly opposing views have resorted to threats or violence in the past—exercise caution when wearing this around those prone to aggression over differing ideals.

Follow these basics, and you're good—wear it confidently and responsibly.
